Returns, Refund and Warranties Policy


To have your item returned or refunded, there are several things that simply need to be met for criteria. We want to ensure, if your returning your item simply because you have changed your mind, we can resell that same item to another customer. If you are returning your item because its no longer required or you have changed your mind, you need to meet all the following criteria:

  1. The item is in "Brand New" state.
  2. The item has not been used and it must not have visible scratches or damage
  3. The item must not have been installed to ensure resale capability.


Our warranty policy covers all purchasers for 30 days, with respect to the intended use of the item. Simply, if you use the item or part for anything, other than it's designed or intended purpose, we cannot cover you for your refund. We can tell when an item has been used or installed incorrectly, so ensure you get a professional technician to install or make sure you know what you are doing.

If you use our products and items in an intended way and for what they were designed for, then we will happily cover you for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact our facebook page and we will organise a return. We will ask you post the item back, we will assess the items condition and how it went wrong and then issue you a full refund plus postage.
